Today we are going to be talking about changes
You know when you start to think about real life you see a ton of changes in your day to day
With seasons, with people, new faces and things like that
So when it comes to new faces
That’s why we have Travis and myself here
We kicked Justen out of the video
And we’re going to be talking about some of the questions that people have
When it comes to real life
And the faces that you day see day to day
Do you have some answers Travis?
Travis: I do
When you talk about questions
Is the market crazy out there?
That is the question that I get asked a lot
Well, looking at this time last year
You had about 40 people or 40 families competing for the same home
Right? Making it very difficult
Well right now with the change of season and the change of time
You’re looking at about 20 families looking or competing for the same home
So that really doubles your chances of getting the home that you love
So my advice would be
Get with your real estate agent
Get out there and start looking at as many homes as possible
Until you find one that you love
Bo: That’s a great point
So when it comes to the questions that people are asking
What is another big thing that people are talking about now?
Travis: A question that I hear being asked a lot is
Are we in a bubble?
We’ve had a bubble in the past with population and with homes being sold
There just wasn’t enough population to match that crazy number of homes being sold
I don’t know about you
But with driving in Denver it takes me about 1 – 5 hours to drive anywhere right now
And we attribute that to population
So with people coming here
There’s really no chance to having a bubble with population trends keeping up with home sales
Bo: That’s a great point as well
Justen: Hey guys!
Bo: Hey Justen
Justen: What are you doing?
Travis: Hey. Oh not much
Bo: Just hanging out
Travis: Getting some work done
